Book Review: Losing Faith by Denise Jaden

First off let me say this will be a lot of rambling and honestly this book is one of my favorites so if you don't read this book, I will have to come and force you too.

Summery:
A terrible secret. A terrible fate.
When Brie's sister, Faith, dies suddenly, Brie's world falls apart. As she goes through the bizarre and devastating process of mourning the sister she never understood and barely even liked, everything in her life seems to spiral farther and farther off course. Her parents are a mess, her friends don’t know how to treat her, and her perfect boyfriend suddenly seems anything but.

As Brie settles into her new normal, she encounters more questions than closure: Certain facts about the way Faith died just don't line up. Brie soon uncovers a dark and twisted secret about Faith’s final night...a secret that puts her own life in danger.

REVIEW:

This book was... WOW..

What did you think the book was about?
Love, Loss, and Faith

Did you feel that the book fulfilled your expectations? Were you disappointed?
YES!!! I was not disappointed at all.

Did the author seem to appear in the book? How? Why? Was the presence of the author disruptive? Or did it seem appropriate/fitting?
I htink she might have been in Pastor Scott, her presence was not disruptive, it was Appropriate and Fitting!

Did you enjoy the book? Why? Why not?
YES!!! I enjoyed it a lot. Why? Because it had all my favorite things about books: Mystery, Love, and Loss!

How did the book compare to other books by the author (or other books in the same genre)?
It is at the same ranking as Saving Zoe does!!!!!

What about the plot? Did it pull you in; or did you feel you had to force yourself to read the book?
It pulled me in all right!

How realistic was the characterization? Would you want to meet any of the characters? Did you like them? Hate them?
I think I would love to meet all of them (mostly Tessa). I liked all of the and they were well devolped. Reena Scares me!!!

Did the actions of the characters seem plausible? Why? Why not?
Yes, even though I don't agree with the Live 4 Him, Die 4 Him part the actions seemed plausible.

If one (or more) of the characters made a choice that had moral implications, would you have made the same decision? Why? Why not?
No, I wouldn't have done that *shudders at thought of doing what Reena did*

Would you recommend this book to other readers? To your close friend?

YES OF COURSE!!! This book is amazing. Everyone who has read it loves it. The coolest thing it's a NaNoWriMo novel.
